Early Rise
Up early this morning for an 8km walk. I’ve been lazy this summer not getting up and making the most of the sun rising before 5am. This is the foundation of living a more disciplined life and it only gets harder as the year goes on and the sun doesn’t rise till after 6.
Last night I stayed true to my word and actually encouraged the wife, who was well on her way through a session, to not get a second bag and to just go to bed. Previously I would have been the one to go get the money out of the ATM and met the delivery guy outside to make sure I was going to get my whistle wet but not anymore. It’s just not right.
Even on this mornings walk I can tell that any female I walk past I thinking sexual thoughts about them immediately regardless of age, colour or size… sick. My Facebook feed also knows I’m a bit twisted and I have started flagging everything as ‘Do Not Show This Content’ to try and straighten it out.
Time to be pure in body and mind.
